just because

For those of you that don't know we have moved to Marion, New York which is just outside of Rochester. We are living with Jeff's parents, which is working out well. We have two rooms and bathroom of our own and more square footage than we have had since living in Holland. We'll probably be here until Jeff gets ordained and the process could take anywhere from one to two years! Oh how I long for house of my own, but free rent and willing helpers aren't bad either. It's been around 90 here the last few days and it reminds me of when Missy and I would lay around with wet wash cloths over our faces saying that it was TOO HOT TO DO ANYTHING! I think Sienna is picking up Auntie Missy's flare for the dramatic in this first picture. The others are just of lazy summer chillin. Also, Sienna is a pro at clapping now, she loves music and especially at church she gets excited during worhsip.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures Lara - I was wondering where you guys had landed. It looks relaxing and beautiful, but I know how it feels to want your own place - I'll pray for you. What's involved in the ordination process? Can I have some phone numbers?

Sienna is so beautiful! Welcome to the East Coast! If you feel like a road trip, Virginia Beach is a fun place to be!

SIENNA!!!! You're one sweet littl' lady. I love how dramatic you are. Stay that way. Pretty soon, you'll be joining your mom and I going to movies and on shopping expeditions. Jeff and Lara- I am happy for you and your new space. I love you guys.

Eli concurs about Sienna's beauty. He says she looks good for wrestling.

I hope this transition is smooth and more peaceful than you had expected.

So what will you be ordained as? And through whom? You have to forgive me, as I'm from the Vineyard. I'm still not sure that I'm ordained, but I think so, since I planted a new church... I hope I am, since I'm performing a wedding in a month.
