Music Tip
Jared and I recently got a tip to a great new CD. I thought you might want to check it out. Go to www.charliedodrill.com. You can listen to a low quality version of his CD on his website. If you like it, there is a link to CD Baby where you can buy it. It is also available on itunes. We think he sounds like a mix between Dave Matthews and Eminem. Enjoy.

No wonder you got the tip, Rachel. I recognized the name but couldn't place it. Then I followed the link (of his website), read the bio and a light went on: this is Jason H.'s old friend from KC. I guess you two probably knew him a little bit too. Crazy.
Speaking of people we know that recorded their folksounds and are making waves: many of our friends out in Vancouver are all about this cool new folkie named Sufjan Stevens. I like to tell them I went to college with him, as did most of you on this blogsite. They think that is cool.

Yes, you are correct, Charlie is Jason's old roommate. I thought that information was a little superfluous to the post. I really like his CD. I have heard that many really like Sufjan Stevens but I have to admit that I have never checked him out. Was he part of Marzuki?
