that is awesome Lara! impressive choreography - i especially like the ice skating move that reminds me of our Kathy Smith Peak Fat Burning video and the two mill spinning move. how do people find these things on the net? i'm a horrible searcher/browser.

They have beautiful form...they practiced a lot! I like the guy with the cream shoes and when the people start going through his legs like a tunnel at the end.

I know Karen! That's my favorite move too. Apparently they performed this live at the VMA's this year, that would have been cool to see.
