I've discussed this matter with my sister. She is not authorized to represent clients who have displayed gross negligence towards their costly electronic devices. The firm won't allow it.

i can't believe it has come to this, me defending my own good word in a public forum. tomorrow i will post indisputable photographic proof that my iPod is in perfect working order.
