The Bounty of the Harvest
Remember Harvest Fest? Ah, the good times. Fall is totally one of the coolest things created. I love having a way to see pictures of what is going on in everyone's lives. To tell you the truth, sometimes I'm starving for outside contact and it's raining so I check the blog to see what's new. Jeff was away all weekend at a Vocational Discernment class so it was just us girls at home. It was kind of a long weekend. I did finally get to take a shower when Sienna was patient enough to sit in her bouncy seat for 15 minutes in a row without someone playing with her. We had fun, even though we missed Jeff. I mean, at least there was more room in the bed! So after the course Jeff has decided next we're going to.... just kidding, we have no idea except that we are moving somewhere in May. I think the priority is to find a community in which Jeff can discern if he is going to go into "full time ministry" meanwhile he'd hold down a job to support the girls. Please pray for us, this next move is going to be tough, exciting, crazy, emotional. I am so looking forward to not moving every year, I want a house with a yard!!!! Here's some pictures of me and Sienna and her getting ready for a bath with Jeff in case you were wondering what we look like now.

Yes Yes! Celebrate the bounty of the harvest!! Sienna is so cute and tiny. It makes me want to see a picture of her stuck inside a cornacopia with her sweet little head sticking out. I just want to hold her! (ok ok- and buy a frickn' huge cookie from Meijers with Lara and eat it all)- Celebrate the bounty!

Lara - I know and understand you so completely! I am so confident you are an amazing mommy. The days here at home get so long sometimes and my patience so short. I don't have any other mom friends that stay home (as hard as I try, I haven't made firm connections with any stay at home mommies!) I wish we were near each other. How nice it would be to share this with you. I remember taking quick showers with baby sitting in the bouncer. One time I put Cadence, in his bouncer, on the toilet seat so I could see him while I showered ... oops. Bouncing baby bounced off and onto his face - SMACK on the ground. My advice, put baby on the floor even if you can't see her. Now with two of them, I just close the knife drawer, lock the front door, take a fast shower and just hope they survive. They always do (although, sometimes I hear shreeeeeks, but that is just fighting over a toy).
I miss you!

Funniest thing i've read in a long time.

Lookit that cutie little naked baby! And Deitche! Does he live there now too, or was that from a visit? Note of interest, I think I too may have fallen off a toilet seat in a bouncer onto the bathroom floor. I know we have a picture of me in the bouncer on the toilet.

That picture of Jeff and Sienna is out of control! I can't get over it. Sienna is amazingly small. And Lara looks really pretty and fall-y.
