long overdue

Remember how I was going to post some pictures of Joel's wedding? Well here they are. I'm the guy in black, Joel is the guy who looks like me in white. The middle picture is when my sister Mari Jo and I sang "La Bomba." Just kidding, we lead worship. With that look I think that I could make it as a mariachi.

Eventually, I'll get my hands on a digital camera so that I can share some pictures of my kitchen's transformation. This weekend I I installed two of four countertops.

What else is happening? The marathon was fun. I don't have pictures of that either.

There we go :) So happy to hear from you and the pictures are great! I realize that though I thought I knew your family, I don't recognize anyone but Joel. You do look a little like a mariachi...how funny. I remember when you were just learning the guitar, now look at you. My friend gave me a book called "Created to be his Helpmeet". In it the author talks about men portraying the image of God predominantly in one of his three persons...very interesting. Father=command man, Spirit=visionary man, and Son=steady man.
You're the picture in my head of Mr. Steady Kool. You go miles because you always keep moving forward. I'm glad you're my friend.

The book would really be written about Jason if it was title "Created to Helpmeat". Awesome wedding pictures. We should get Joel on the blog to give us updates from Japan.
