Homecoming anyone?
Sound's like Jared is getting ready for a homecoming visit to his alma matter. I, on the other hand will not be in attendence, nor do I desire to watch those pesky Pirates get smoked again. Look there goes a Novi runner for a touchdown! I still carry prejudice against those men in tights from my days of getting made fun of for playing soccer. I think today (now about my students) what I thought then, "You guys are dorks."

Because of the smallness of Bloomingdale- I have 1/2 of the varsity Bloomingdale football team in my classes. They are all wearing their maroon jerseys today- paired with their jeans and cocky swaggers. And I love it.

Cocky swagger is a good way to put it. I really do enjoy having them in class, though. They are fun to mess around with. I have a few guys who are being recruited by top Division I schools. I've never really been around athletes like that before.
